Whether I have helped design the software or simply learned its intimate secrets, imparting that knowledge to others is one of my great professional passions.

My experience has covered face-to-face training, remote training by Zoom/MS Teams/Skype as well as full blown video conferences to multiple concurrent sites around the world.

All these methods have their advantages and disadvantages, depending on the product and the needs of the organisation.

I have produced training material (both manuals and practical training exercises) ranging from single sheet documents through to books with hundreds of double sided pages, correctly formatted for margins and binding.

Whilst not formally qualified on the Microsoft Office programs, I use them for my training work and can provide education to others as to usage, best practices and efficiency tips and short cuts.
